REQUIREMENTS
· Previous hospitality/food service experience.
· Previous supervisory/management experience.
· Exceptional communication and interactive skills.
· Understanding of P&L statements, food costs and payroll.
· Effective computer skills including POS, MS Word, and Excel.   
· Flexibility to fast-paced environment needs, demands and changes.
· Experienced at training and motivating teams.
· Analytical and organizational skills.
· Food/beverage knowledge.
· Exceptional training skills, both one on one and group training.

The ideal candidate will be a motivated, self-starter with excellent leadership skills and good people practices and have a strong background in full service casual or upscale restaurant management experience.

Shifts include nights and weekends.
