Online Store Shipping Information And Policies

Shipping & Handling

  • North Coast Brewing accepts Visa, MasterCard, and American Express credit cards in addition to personal checks.
  • We ship world-wide with UPS Ground, 2nd Day Air or Next Day Air. We ship USPS Priority Mail to P.O. Boxes if entered as only possible shipping address.
  • We email a confirmation that an order has been received and email a tracking number when an order has been shipped.
  • We email or call when a requested item is out of stock.
  • Shipping charges are determined by the weight and destination of the package.
  • All orders should be delivered 5 to 7 business days after order has been placed.


Return & Cancellation Policy

To ensure a smooth return process, please note the following guidelines for returning merchandise (excluding alcohol) purchased through our online store:

  • All exchanges and returns must be initiated within 30 days of purchase.
  • For exchanges unrelated to damage or incorrect product issues (such as preference, fit, or color), kindly ensure the item is unused and in its original saleable condition with original tags.
  • Shipping and delivery fees are non-refundable.
  • Please ship your return package prepaid and insured via UPS or USPS and include the enclosed return form that was received in the original box with your merchandise.
  • Please include proof of purchase.
  • Please allow at least fourteen (14) days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
  • Regrettably, we are unable to process refunds or exchanges for items returned after 30 days from the purchase date.
  • Please note: Sale items are FINAL SALE and cannot be refunded or exchanged.
  • If the item in question was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. You are responsible for the cost of shipping the item back to North Coast Brewing Co.
  • We apologize if your item arrived damaged, broken, or defective. We will work with you to replace the item if available or provide a return for a full refund if your item(s) are damaged, broken, or defective upon arrival. Please email a photo of the damaged package and item.
  • We cannot refund or exchange alcohol unless it is due to spoilage per the Alcohol Beverage Control.

Monitoring Ethics and Corruption – Regular reporting statement

North Coast Brewing is committed to ongoing efforts to monitor ethics and corruption in company business practices, using both internal and external mechanisms for doing so. Internally, NCBC has a system of checks and balances for all purchases, sales, and compliance- related transactions. Externally, NCBC is monitored by both independent agencies and government agencies to ensure that it is following all laws and regulations.

Annually, NCBC reports its incidences of fraud, corruption, and ethics violations to internal and external stakeholders. In the last monitoring period, NCBC has found no reportable incidences of fraud, corruption, or ethics violations.
