  • NCBC adheres to the guidelines adopted by the Direct Marketing Association and does not share customer information with other companies.
  • NCBC complies with the Online Children’s Privacy Protection Act of 1998 and does not knowingly accept personal information from anyone under 21.
  • Updates to privacy policies occur periodically and go into immediate effect when posted.

Online Store Shipping Information And Policies

We appreciate your business and endeavor to provide excellent customer service.

 

Shipping & Handling

  • North Coast Brewing accepts Visa, MasterCard, and American Express credit cards in addition to personal checks.
  • We ship world-wide with UPS Ground, 2nd Day Air or Next Day Air. We ship USPS Priority Mail to P.O. Boxes if entered as only possible shipping address.
  • We email a confirmation that an order has been received and email a tracking number when an order has been shipped.
  • We email or call when a requested item is out of stock.
  • Shipping charges are determined by the weight and destination of the package.
  • All orders should be delivered 5 to 7 business days after order has been placed.

 

Return & Cancellation Policy
DUE TO COVID-19, WE ARE UNABLE TO REFUND OR EXCHANGE CLOTHING ITEMS. WE ARE SORRY FOR ANY INCONVENIENCE. WE LOOK FORWARD TO THE TIME WHEN OUR FORMER POLICY WILL BE IN EFFECT.

  • All returns must take place within 30 days of delivery.
  • All clothing must be unworn and unwashed.
  • We will pay the shipping costs only if the return is a result of our error in size, color or style or the item is damaged when received.
  • If a package arrives damaged due to shipping, please contact customer service.
  • Returns should be in prepaid, traceable packages.
  • If a cancellation takes place before an item has shipped, we will refund the order. If the item has already shipped, the customer is responsible for return shipping.
